HOLY SMOKES!!! Look at how incredibly talented you are!!! Cake decorating is not easy. We tried last year to make our triplets 1-year b-day cake ... a 5-tiered number (DH's ancient family tradition for 1st bday party) and it was hideous. Tasted great - looked awful!!

All of these cakes (& cupcakes!) are beautiful!!!

My mother is making a wedding cake for my sister's wedding with Hydrangea's. She wanted to me to find out if Hydrangea's were poisonous. I did some research and found out they were but I'm not sure what the extent they are toxic. So my question is if a they are used a lot for wedding cakes. I mean if they are okay to use. (Cake's beautiful by he way :))

I also just read they wilt fast, esp in contact with the sugar in the icing.

But I've seen lots of hydrangea cakes, including on Marth Stewart!!

So, did they stay fresh, and is everyone still alive, after eating this beautiful cake? :)
